Please help a 77 year old rookie with a internet problem or at least give
some way to check it out. I would appreciate it as my income tax is
involved.
I opened my mail box a few days ago and got the shock of my short internet
life as I had 48 emails to be received so I hit send and receive. All that
happened was the server stopped after about six messages was received
leaving a message that the server had an unexpectedly terminated, server
errorOx800ccc90and Ox800cccd).
So I checked all I knew how and the next day I tried again and got the same
thing except different Ox800120cd.
So I did all the searching trying to find an answer but to know avail.
The emil's all but the first one are just repeated ever 3 to 10-minutes
apart at least the first 26 are as I have been able to receive to messaage
26.
Is there anyway to just wipe out the incoming messages that have not been
received or move them to another folder so I can get my information on other
things.I don's care what happens to them.
Since I cannot receive your answer can you reply to my Yahoo mail which the
email address is (e-mail address removed).
I would certainly appreciate your help on this.
