cannot receive email on Microsoft Outlook

unable to locate an article to assist me in clearing my
email...........a large email is blocking all my receiving
of any email.
Error report C:/windows/applications
data/microsoft /ourlook/outlook.pst.
Please assist me in removing this large email that is
blocking my accout!

Including your real address in a Usenet message is a bad idea, unless you
LIKE junk mail.

If your ISP provides a web interface to your mail, use that. If not,
www.mail2web.net might help.
