cannot receive email from 1 particular user

This is a strange problem. I run an IMAP mail server. I have a
client who, when using our web mail interface can send mail to anyone
without any problems. When he tries to send mail using Outlook he has
2 problems.

1 - he can not send mail to himself
2 - he can not send to a particular co-worker with he same domain

He can send to any other co-worker with that same domain. On my log
files I see his mail being sent successfully but when using Outlook I
do not see the mail being received either by himself or the one co-
worker. Again, this is not an issue with our web mail, only when using
Outlook.

If you look at the SMTP logs, when he sends the message from Outlook, do you
see the server *accepting* the message? If the server accepts it for
delivery, than the problem is going to be server side.

If not, what is happening in Outlook? Does he get any errors on
send/receive, or does the message go from the Outbox to Sent Items?
