Cannot Print Word Docs Received Via Email

I am running Windows XP Pro on a fairly new Gateway desktop. I am unable to
print Word docs (or WordPerfect docs) received from others via email. I am
also unable to print a web page from within IE 6.0. I have no difficulty
printing Word docs that I have created (with Word Office XP). The printing
issue seemed to occur around the same time that I installed SP2. The timing,
however, may be purely coincidental. I have checked the print margin
settings (per a MS support doc) to no avail. Any suggestions would be
appreciated. Thanks

What about if you have word running in the background when you try and open
the email attachment? Sometimes Word times out opening attachments from email
if you have a lot of stuff loading at startup.

Try deleting and reinstalling your printer with the latest print drivers.
