I've tried going into page setup and printer preferences and no luck. I
change it to legal and even click on something else so it will get out of the
blued part. I thought that might be the problem. I went into accessories even
to change it there to legal but no luck. I'm using USB interface, maybe
that's the problem.
Have you posted this question in newsgroups dedicated to either the
specific printer or the application you're using, as would be much more
appropriate? (This is a newsgroup for people with problems with Windows
XP, and, based on your vague description, you don't have a Windows problem.)
What make and model of printer? Does it even support printing to legal
size paper? Have you installed the latest WinXP-specific print drivers,
as provided by the printer manufacturer? What specific application are
you using to create/modify the document in question? What does that
application's Help files tell you about configuring the application to
print legal size documents?
No one can help if you don't provide at least a modicum of information.
