Cannot print from web

Either from file print or straight from the print icon. I
get a window saying:

An error has occurred in the script on this page.

Error: access is denied

Yes No

Can anyone tell me what this means and how to resolve it?
There is an article on the knowledge base but has
different codes and does not apply to XP.
 
Hi Charlotte, Did you get a response to your problem. I
have the same problem with the same error message and
wondered if you were able to solve it. it's driving me
crazy!
