Cannot Play Cds

Windows XP Home edittion 2002 Service Pack 2

Windows successfully loaded the device driver for this hardware but
cannot find the hardware device. (Code 41)

Can anyone help on how to rectify this problem - Please?

Frank thanks for this - I went to device manager and uninstalled the
drives and then rebooted - the new devices were recongnised on start up
but still the problem remains. Thanks for trying to help.
