is saved in my hd, media player cannot start playing it
and the message i get is:'Windows Media Player is
currently unable to play DVD video. Try decreasing the
number of colors displayed on your monitor or decreasing
the screen resolution. For additional solutions, click
More Information to access the DVD Troubleshooter.'Even i
tried to solve the problem with troubleshouting i still
get the same message. What can i do to continue run
smoothly?
Thanks

Catia,
You possibly need to have the right video codecs installed to view the file.
Examine the file with the codec identifier from
http://www.headbands.com/gspot/
then you can search for the type required (xvid, DivX, etc.) and install it.
Hope this helps,
