cannot ping other hosts on the Network

OK - I have setup RRAS and my clients get an IP address but with a
255.255.255.255 mask and they cannot ping any other hosts on the network.
can somebody please point out the problem

255.255.255.255 mask is normal. Can you ping server PPP IP?
