cannot ping itself

I have Windows XP home in home network with ip addtess 192.168.1.102
From this box
I can ping 192.168.1.101 - another computer,
I can ping 127.0.0.1
but I cannot ping 192.168.1.102
I cannot ping also this address from another computer

Request time out.

Please help

The most likely problem is an improperly configured firewall program
on the computer that can't ping itself.
