Cannot open some HTTPS sites

Have tried using explorer 6.028, and Mozilla 1.0
One or two sites will not open, Paypal is one.
Linksys router, Zonealarm, DSL modem


Anyone have any suggestions<
Appreciate all responses.

It's strange that only one site won't let you in, all I can suggest now is
to take a look at this article
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;813444 I know it's
mainly for XP but there are quite a few useful things you could try.

Reinstalled the package...

no luck at paypal, all others OK
