cannot open report feature

Recent OS upgrade from Windows 2000pro to XPpro.
All features working except MSAccess 2003 reports.
Cannot design, view or print new or existing reports.
No error given, nothing happens
The same with blank database.
 
I am having the exact same issue. Let me know if you or your IT dept figures
out a solution.
