Cannot Open PST File "unauthorized"

I ran "scanpst" on my outlook.pst filee and ever since,
OL2000 has not been able to open the pst file. First it
says that "prpoerties for the file need to set prior to
opening" & then it says "accees to open the file is not
granted" - Waht the heck is this stuff - Anybody know?

is the pst set to read only? look at the properties of it on windows
explorer.
