Cannot open page

I have FrontPage 2002 SP3

While in Navigation mode,
I selected a folder,
Right clicked,
Selected: Add Existing Page

I added the page but,
It now appears with a "globe" in the folder

When I double click on it to edit it
It displays a dialog with a list of all pages on my hard-drive

The page is published
and I verified that the page is on the internet

I can manually edit the page, by selecting menu: File / Open

Did you create a Web first?
You must create a Web first, then create pages within the web.

To open an existing Web you would: File | Open Web

"Add existing page" is normally used to add a page that is not in your
web-site, perhaps in a subweb or in another site. The globe signifies
that the page is external to the site you are editing.

To add a page that is in your site, simply display the folder list to
the left of the Navigation View, and drag the page into the navigation
view, and place it in the appropriate place.

FYI, the yellow objects in Nav. View are not folders, they represent
pages and files.
