I cannot open Outlook 2007. I get a message "Cannot start Microsoft Office
Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened.
The server is not available. Contact your administrator if this condition
continues."
I have uninstalled and reinstalled without any improvement. Only previous
problem is regular message on opening saying that Outlook was not closed
properly and the data file needs to be checked.
