Cannot Open Outlook 2003 email Attachment (fwd email)

I am using Outlook 2003 SP3. For some new reason, I cannot open an email
attachment that is a forwarded email. No problem to open a Word document,
photo, other file attachment. Just will not open an email attachment that is
another email. Highlights the Attach: but nothing else happens.

While checking other threads...one noted a problem with Google Desk Top. I
recently installed this program...I have since removed it and the problem
with my email disappeared.
