cannot open multiple browsers

I have always been able to have several web pages open at
once.

Now, as of sometime this morning, something set my IE6 to
only allow one open at a time.

Is there a setting somewhere to change this back?
 
sorry to bother you folks, finally found it.. freakin
yahoo toolbar... which I didn't start..
