"cannot Open Information Store" Error

I get this message on my laptop. I've neither added or deleated software.
I had it once before, fixed it and forgot what I did. Any help is
appreciated

what kind of mail server do you connect to? if exchange, you need to change
the log on security to none in the exchange account's properties.
