Cannot open IE6 any longer

Since Sunday, when i click on IE, I get: " an internet
explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We
are sorry for the inconvience."
The description given is: "Appname: iexplore.ext...Appver
602800.1106 ModName: winshaw.dll..."
Does anybody please have a clue and tell me how to fix it?

.I have the same problem but it's whit another dll file.

AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName:

ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.1217 Offset: 000339db
Can this help you. I need help to.
I am using netscape for now.
