Cannot open Hyperlink in new browser

Clear DaySince Installing Microsoft AntiSpyware I have discovered that I
cannot click on hyperlinks that open in a new browser.

Does anybody else have this problem?

I use Norton Internet Security 2004 and have not had any other problems with
any microsoft products?

Any suggestions?

yes, we have an intranet that now has problems opening up
new windows. idn't Microsoft test this before making it
available?
