Tony - thank you for this post. I stumbled across it when Dell and Micro
refused to provide free support. The solution you link worked. Don't know
how or why, but I'll take it.

I am running Vista Home and Office Home and am having the same problem as I
open Word and Excel "Not Responding". I have to close them and Restore
before they will respond. I do not have the -015 patch. Any suggestions?
