CANNOT OPEN EXCEL

Whenever I try to open Excel I get a Fatal error, ZF561407.cab This seems
to have come about after I created a new idenity for my computer and outlook.
I originally downloaded office 2003 from the intern from the software that
came with my new HP computer, I'm wondering if I need to go back to that
download even tho I have the disc. I have tried downloading from the disc
but I get the message that the file is not found.
