cannot open excel attachment and only one attachment

We have a user using outlook 2003. But she just cannot open one attachment
which she gets every day. She can open other attachments even excel ones. She
can open it before and now don't know what happened on her PC , she could not
open it.The error said:
"Can't create fiel:Quick.XLS. right click the folder you want to create the
file in, and then click Porperties on the shortcut menu to check your
permissions for the folder."
She has all the right as others since she is the boss but she just cannot
open it.

Please help.

Opening directly from Outlook right? Empty the Outlook temp folder and try
again;

Thank you. I did find tons of excel files on this user's temp folder and wait
for her feedback. Thanks again!
