Help,

I switched from 98 to XP and cannot open E-mail attachments.

Try the MSKB article:

If that doesn't work, try the Outlook Express newsgroup
listed under internet. The newsgroup you posted is
actually for Microsoft Access, a database application and
not general computer "access".
