Cannot Open Database Window!

Will someone please just shoot me.

I have been playing around with custom tool bars at the same time I have
made the database "hidden." Now when I open the database, I get the
switchboard but I do not get a menu above and when I right click anywhere on
the screen all I get are the options to Close, Minimize, Maximize, etc. I do
not get an option to UnHide.

So I can't get back to my database window wherein all good things lie!

Try hitting the F11 key. This should work as long as you have not unchecked
the option, under Tools > Startup that reads "Use Access Special Keys".
Otherwise, close your database, and then re-open it while holding down the
shift key the entire time that it is opening.
