Cannot open Business Contacts, array index out of bounds. How to

Outlook Business Contacts suddenly refused to open and reverts to plain
Contacts. Says Arrat Index Out of Bounds. No idea why this happened.

How do I fix this? ANd how do I prevent it from happening again?

Is the Business Tools Menu present in Outlook? It sounds like BCM is not
competely loading
