cannot open attachments

Incoming mail with attachments cannot be opened. Instead I
receive a header that reads: OE REMOVED ACCESS TO THE
FOLLOWING UNSAFE ATTACHMENTS IN YOUR MAIL.

Click TOOLS, OPTIONS, SECURITY TAB

Uncheck the box that says: 'Do not allow attachment to be
opened or save that could potentially contain a virus',
click APPLY then click OK.
