Cannot make a Network Bridge or use Network Setup Wizard

Hi,

When I try and make a Network Bridge I get the following
error message:

Network Connections
An unspected error occurred while configuring the Network
Bridge.
OK


I also get a error message when I use the Network Setup
Wizard if I also try and make a Bridge with that.

I am using Windows XP Home.

Thanks for anyone who can help me with this problem.
