Cannot Logon

Hello - I'm REALLY frustrated. I have a BRAND NEW system.
It started acting up...I restored to two days ago before
it was acting up, now I can't even get into any of the
user names. I can't even re-install windows. I can't do
anything! HELP! I have the software.

Please help us to help you. Nobody can help if you don't give us
specific information. What does "It started acting up" mean? What
does "I can't even get into any of the user names" mean? What
does "I can't even re-install windows" mean? What does "I can't
do anything" mean"?

Please be specific. Explain exactly what you did and what
happened, not just "I can't...." If you get error messages,
please quote them verbatim.
