Cannot logon domain machines

[MAD]

I have a pre production 2000 domain setup I have trust
setup and working between old 4.0 domain and new 2000
domain. I can logon to the new domain on a machine that
has an accont on the old NT 4.0 domain, BUT when I build a
new machine and add it to the new domain are it adds and
reboots I cannot logon to the new domain.

Any Ideas out there

What happens when you try to logon to the domain? Knowing the symptoms
would help.
