Cannot login as an admin account

Here is the deal: My computer was spammed with hundreds of accounts and I
cannot find my admin account. I have tried to type in "control
userpasswords2" in Run but when I enter my user name and password it says
that it couldn't grant me access.

My main goal is to delete all of these accounts that were created but I
cannot log in as my admin account because I cannot find it, and so I cam
stuck using a limited user account that was created.

Just out of interest - how can "spam" create new accounts on a machine?

i didn't say spam created these accounts, but my computer had a couple
hundred accounts created on it; it was spammed with accounts, spam did not
create them.

And I fixed my problem: I started up in safe mode and the logon screen had
an error where no accounts showed up so I just hit ctrl-alt-delete twice and
went into my admin. account and removed the GUI logon. I then found a way to
delete all of the accounts using "control userpasswords2."
