Cannot log on to server locally

I just applied SP1 to my Windows Server 2003 running IIS. Now I cannot log
onto my front page web anymore using Frontpage 2003 client on the server
machine. I type my username and password and I just get back the same logon
box. Eventually I have to cancel.

What is very strange is that I have no problem logging into the server
machine remotely (i.e., using Frontpage 2003 client from another computer
and connecting to the server).

This problem seems to only exist after application of SP1. What could be
going on?

Normally, you don't run FP client on the server. I haven't installed Windows 2003 SP1 yet, so I am
not sure what the issues are.
