Cannot linj new mobile phone to pc

i have a new phone which comes with a cd-rom installation disc, it is samsung
pc studio 3.0. When i try to load it a message comes from microsoft telling
me that the software has not got windows xp logo, however it states on the
disc that it is compatible with windows 2000 and windows xp. I have tried a
few times without success is there anything else i could try. thanks Gary

Are you sure there is not a "Continue Anyway" button, if there is click it
and let the software install. It doesn't mean you cannot use the software it
just means it hasn't been approved by "Windows Hardware Quality Lab".

There is a continue button but, microsoft informed me that by clicking
continue, the software could stop the pc from running properly. so i tried to
run the software, but there seems to be parts of the prgramme missing. I
still cannot connect my mobile to my pc because of this message. gary

If the software has installed completely but is not working I would suggest
checking the website of the phone manufacturer.
