Cannot install HP 6110 after XP upgrade

After upgrading from 2000 to XP Pro, I cannot install my HP 6110. I receive the following error: unspecified port. The HP worked fine with Win200 Pro. I then tried to install an OKIPAGE 10e via a USB connection, no luck

Any help would be greatly appreciated
