Cannot install anything from CD Rom Drive

It is a Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-104

When I try and install a program I get the error message "Cannot access file
SYMSETUP.exe. I've tried several discs and they all say that.

Any helpful hints will be greatly appreciated.
