cannot input chinese in the entry form of browser

Dear all,

When I open the browser and Change the input method to Chinese
input, but I cannot input the Chinese in the entry form of the page. I can
only see the English input, but the input method does not change to Chinese
input method. But I can input Chinese in Notepad or other application and I
cannot input Chinese in Browser. Please help.
