hi.
i have giga 7n400pro2(rev 2.0) and athlon xp 2800+. there is no option for
stanby or hibernation in my power management.
what should i do?
thanx

try going to my computer | propeties | hardware and then device manager

click on the "computer" text, does it say beneath ACPI something or other,
your computer may support it and the right drivers for it must be installed,
have you ever had the option of hibernation before?

I have had this issue several times, and it normally fixes itself after I
update drivers then restart the computer, then push the sleep button on the
case or keyboard. This forces ot to recognise standby, and it normally fixes
itself.
