cannot get norton installed on xp

hi can anyone please tell me what i can do when i go the
install norton internet security 2004 on xp it goes so
far then stops on privacy control drm_integratr catergory
hook have i got something missing on my computer if so
how do i put it right thanks phil
 
One - don't use Norton.

Two - if unwilling to do one then go ask Norton.
