Cannot get my activation key online & NO MICROSOFT SUPPORT

I have spent several hours trying to activate my 2007 Microsoft Office Trial
but can not retrieve my activation key online and nobody can help me over the
phone. I want to tell them something, but more important I just want to
activate my Trial version

Why can't they help you over the phone? Any idea why the online activation
is failing? (No ne here can help - we're peer to peer support aka "users
helping users")
