cannot get into any programs

When I try to get into any of my programs such as
photos,my documents.cd burner,my computer and so on. A
message comes up thats says windows explorer has
incountered a problem. The only thing (I can do on my
computer is get on the net.} Please help.

Unfortunately, you seem to be having an EXPLORER.EXE problem. There are
many reasons for this so I can't tell you exactly what's wrong with your
system off hand. Did you try rebooting? What was the last thing you did
before this started? Did you install something?
