Cannot get inbox to open completely

Last night I sent an email with document attachment. Approximately 15
minutes later, I refreshed the page for new emails and received a failure to
deliver notice. I have not been able to conduct any further activities since
then. When opening outlook this a.m., the failure notice is still the
semi-highlighted item, and the page will not fully open.
Anybody have any clues, or ways to fix it?

You might want to ask this question in an Outlook news group. This NG is for
Microsoft Access database designs.
