Cannot get FP to use Index Server instead of WAIS

I have properly set up Index server to generate a catalogue for a fp web as
evidenced by my ability to succesfully query the catalogue using the Computer
Management interace to Index Server. I get valid hits for that web.

However, when I then open the web w/ FrontPage (2000 or 2003) and
Insert/Component/Search Form to a test page, I still get the dialogue box for
adding a WAIS-type search form. Surfing to the page using IE and Viewing
Source indicates that b-useindexserver="0", which, I believe, indicates that
IIS is using the WAIS index. (http://www.morrisonil.org/testsearch.htm)

How do I go about specifying to IIS or to FrontPage that I wish to use the
Index Server Catalogue rather than the WAIS index? Please let me know if
this is the most appropriate discussion group for this question. T.I.A.
