cannot get attachments,security settings will not allow download

I am not able to open attachments in windows mail.I get a message "security
settings will not allow this file to be downloaded.I am lost and in need of
help.
 
Windows Mail is not the same as Microsoft Office Outlook. You'll find a
Windows Mail newsgroup in the Windows Vista section.
