Cannot find OS

I have a Presario 2100 notebook.
Nothing "happened" to cause any problems.
Find when it was shut off last night.
Turned on this evening.
No OS.
Tried to restore to previous settings that worked.
Nothing happened.
Will not start in Safe Mode.
Will not pass "Compaq" Blue screen.
??
Any ideas?

Contact Compaq - MS do not, cannot and will not assist with OEM
installations. For all support you need to talk to the OEM.
