Cannot Find NVIDIA Ethernet Driver that has passed MS logo test

I have been using the NVIDIA ethernet driver, version from
around. When I tried to update network LAN security, I
received the message that product had not passed the
Wondows logo test. I then updated to the latest NVIDIA
driver (circa 2003), however same problem occurs. Does
anyone the name and source for a driver that will be
compatible with XP (SP2)?

Not passing the WHQL tests doesn't mean the driver don't work. Since WHQL
certification takes time, many manufacturers including nVidia release the
driver without certification first and (maybe) get certification later.
