Cannot find KeycodeV2.dll

I got this error when i deployed my application on client machine,
client machine has .net framework 1.1 and crystal Reports 9, and the
same s/w are on my machine it is working fine here on my machine but
when i deploayed it on client machine i got this error.
I just need to resolve this as soon as possible, so plz help me if any
one can......

But is the CR.NET DLLs installed in the GAC on your client machine?
