"Cannot find" error message at start-up

Every so often, when starting IE, I get two consecutive error messages as
follows: First I get,

"Microsoft Internet Explorer: Cannot find 'sleepyxxxx', make sure the
path or internet address is correct." (Note, there is an offensive word
where the xx's are).

I close that window then get another one that says,

"Microsoft Internet Explorer: Cannot find 'winterorgies.com', make sure
the path or internet address is correct."

I close that one, and everything works fine. It only happens every so
often, not every time. I've run my Norton Virus/Spyware scan, Spybot, and
AdAware, and the problem persists.

Anyone have any ideas as to how to get rid of this?

This is symptomatic of a malware infection.

Go to http://www.aumha.org/a/quickfix.htm Work through the preliminary
cleaning steps, read the important message at
http://forum.aumha.org/viewtopic.php?t=4075 then post a HijackThis log to the
forum at http://forum.aumha.org/viewforum.php?f=30

Be patient. It's a busy forum.

HijackThis logs are also analyzed at these (and other) forums. Look for the
proper forum and an "Important- Read This First" message so that you follow
proper procedure.
