Cannot enter secure sites

First of all, Thank you PA Bear for your assistance with
the msvcrt40.dll problem, your solution worked. I have a
problem now with going into secured sites. I noticed my
encryption is not at 128 bit. Could this be why I can't
enter any secured sites? Thanks again for any assistance
you can give me.
