cannot enable Recycle Bin on a 2nd drive

I have an KP laptop with 2 drives and I cannot enable the recycle bin on the
2nd drive. In fact the drive does not show up in the Recycle Bin properties.
I created a registry entry in the BitBucket key for the drive but it still
does not show up in Recycle Bin Prpperties. Are there other keys that I can
manipulate to have the Recycle Bin enabled for the drive?

If you have 2 hds,opening disk clean up utility,select the other drive
instead
of C: Chk all boxes,delete files,recycle bin empties.

Is the second drive a removable drive? If so, recycle bin is not
available for that.

Interesting, how is it connected to the motherboard?

The laptop is an HP dv8000t which I believe uses an Intel SATA controller..

Some SATA connected drives are seen as being removable. You may want to
double check that removable status.
