HI all -

I have just reinstalled Windows XP Pro, on my Dell
Desktop. When trying to Enable Hibernation in the Power
Options Manager I get the following error message: "The
process cannot access the file beause it is being used by
another process", with "Power Policy Manager unable to
reserve hibernate file" in the error message's title bar.
How can I fix it?

Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you in advance for
yoru time.

Killed it was able to enable Hibernation. Then for
troubleshooting purposes disabled it. Restrted Windows
and was able to enable hibernation right away without
playing with processes. Weird.

Oh well.
